Tyler Bramlett emphasized creating good habits from the simplest to the more complex until it becomes automatic. Personally, I find Mr Bramlett’s program sensible & manageable (minus the cold shower-arthritis & I do not work or play well with the cold). Enjoyed the speaker.z

I really enjoyed Tyler. At first, I thought yhea, an exercise guru, what as I
going to learn from him. OK give his a chance. WOW!! Things I already knew
but I have not formed the Habits of doing them. He has encouraged this 73
year old woman of trying hard to get into these habits: Number one,
drinking enough water. Proper breathing, exercising consistently, (walking is
hard for me, I am too sedentary)walking 20 min a day- that is a challenge.
    Thanks Tyler.

    Best talk of this
    summit.Everything was
    very crisp ,clear and
    precise. Really loved
the talk at the end of it
    I was like yeah!This is
    what I ought to be
    doing.He adhered to
    the topic throughout
    and shared stuff
    beautifully.

Truly motivating. Thank you Tyler for giving me the kick I
needed. These are all simple things I’ve been trying to
incorporate into my life but couldn’t understand why I never
really stuck with them. Mainly my own mental blocks and
desire to do it all and get instant results and then “giving
    up”. By taking the idea of developing habits – consistently;
doing one thing at a time so that it then becomes
subconscious and then more difficult to “give up on” for me,
is definitely the start I need. It would be great to understand
the mental blocks people get in not wanting to start things
or continue things as this has impeded me in the past.

One of my favourite speakers – thank
you and learned a lot. I will really
work on the cold water showers. I
    like your progressive approache. I
have failed before because I started
out too drastically and it was way
too unpleasant. You have a wonderful
outlook and are a natural speaker.
    Thanks again Tyler!
