Impressed with the ideas of simplifying one’s life as well as being responsible for our health. In order to be successful, each person needs to be educated. There is no quick fix, one time strategy. Thanks, Dr. Shojai for putting things into perspective.

    Dr. Shoji,
    You have
    delivered such an
    important
    message on living
    well, happy and
    enlightened and
    to take
    responsibility for
    making a positive
    change. I’m
    challenged to
    shift my actions
    to living a lifestyle
    supporting those
    doing good for a
    long term impact.
    Buying local and
    organic;
    promoting
    wellness by living
    a healthy
    lifestyle; and to
    educate where I
    can. Thank you.

Pedram, what a pleasure it was for me to listen to you
today! Many of your ideas have been like “aha” moments for
me, and I will be sharing them with my family and
considering how I will incorporate them into my life. The
idea of going to corporations to save them money and
create better health for the populations that they serve is
exciting! This is not your average wellness program which
still focuses on measuring disease. I love it. I want my
husband’s employers to broaden their program to include
spouses and children with a new perspective of preventative
health for all of the people under their umbrella.

I do like the way Dr Shojai presented on easy lifestyle
changes. Simple life, simple food, sleeping well, exercising,
keeping right mindset to alleviate stress and meditation are
good attributes to follow . Mental checkup is very important
in life. Mental wellbeing will definitely facilitate physical
wellbeing . His presentation is one of the rare interviews so
far I have listened to. Excellent work ! Keep it up.
