Stephanie Matos is an exercise physiologist, writer, researcher and mindset expert. She has worked in the health and wellness industry for over a decade.
Prior to becoming a writer and researcher, her career was spent at the Human Performance Institute, in Orlando, FL where she helped high performers from around the world get spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically fit.
After struggling with her weight for many years, Stephanie successfully lost 60 pounds over 10 years ago. Her weight loss struggle was the inspiration for her first book: Mindful Weight Loss Method, How to lose weight and keep it off forever. This book includes all of the science-based tips, tricks and techniques she used to lose weight, along with personal stories and anecdotes.
