Please write your book soon!!! I am constantly battling all the sugar and junk
that my 11 year old is bombarded with. I want to share the information I
know with other parents, and it would be so great to refer them to your
book. My son is pretty good most of the time with the choices he makes, but
it’s hard when the temptation is EVERYWHERE!!! We have been eating a
whole food/ paleo type diet for 4 years now, and when people ask me about
our food choices, it is good for me to be reminded that everyone makes
changes differently. I have to suggest the baby steps you talked about.

I forgot to mention I eliminated gluten (wheat, barley, oats,)
soy, sugar, artificial sweeteners, corn, peanuts, and dairy
from my diet
